Faster and faster the night’s getting darker
We’re riding on the wings of wind
Deep down in the forest the trees seem to whisper:
“The midnight hour is closing in”
Alone in the darkness
Fear from every side
No silence nor calmness
We’re searching for light

They’re smiling and dancing right there in the thicket
They’re cheerfully beckoning me
